The powers and duties of its officers The hospital is run under the aegis of monastic members of the Ramakrishna Mission Order which has its head quarters at Belur Math, Howrah. Various Departments of the hospital are run under the supervision of Specialists designated as departmental heads who work under the supervision of the Swamijis looking after the department. The overall coordination is done by the Secretary of the hospital. 3. The procedure followed in decision making process, including channels of supervision and accountability: General decision regarding running of the hospital are taken by the Secretary of the hospital after consultation with associated Assistant Secretary or departmental in charges as the case may be. Major decision regarding the hospital are taken in the Managing Committee meeting and executed by the Secretary of the hospital
4. The norms set by it for the discharge of its functions: As per Service rules of the hospital. (Annexure-I)
5. The rules regulations, instructions, manuals, and records, held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions: As per Service Rules of the hospital, (Annexure-I)
6. A statement of the categories of documents that are held by it or under its control: The Statements of Accounts are kept under the supervision of the Accountant. The personal files of the employees are maintained under the Senior Account Assistant.

The particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof: All Policy matters of the hospital are decided in the Managing Committee meetings. Three ex-officio members of the State Government are members of the managing Committee of the hospital.

All the Swamijis running the administration of the hospital are monk members and take no remuneration whatsoever. A copy of Acquaintance register of the Staff is attached as Annexure-II. 11. The budget allocated to each of its agency, indicating the particulars of all plans, proposed expenditures, and reports on disbursements made: The hospital is a grant-in-aid institution receiving grants from the State government for running the hospital. Grants are also received form the central Government for specific programs. The hospital manages the day to day running costs from the grants received from the State Government. The deficit faced is raised from user charges and donations received. A breakup of the grants received for the last three years is given below:
12. The manner of execution of subsidy programs, including the amounts allocated and the details of beneficiaries of such programs: The hospital has no subsidy programs.
13. Particulars of concession, permits, or authorizations granted by it. The hospital provides free drugs and dressings for all OPD patients. Non-Governmental Arunachalee patients are not charged any charges for routine laboratory investigations. Non Arunachalee patients are provided free or concessions by the Secretary and OPD swamijis on request.
